Admission is
a process
of placement,
not a transaction.
At Parahita Learn & Grow Lab, admission is more than enrollment. It is the first step in understanding a child's developmental needs in depth.
We believe every child should be placed on the pathway that fits them best — not simply fill an available class.
Montessori teaches
that the environment must be
prepared for the child's needs
We do not admit every child at the same time.
We welcome children who are ready to grow within the structure already in place.
That is why we:
-
Prioritize fit over quantity
-
Observe before deciding the pathway
-
Place children according to developmental readiness
-
Protect the integrity of group dynamics
Four Stages Toward
The Right Placement
Each stage is designed to build deep understanding —
for both the Parahita team and the family.
Assessment is not a test. It is a mapping process
of development, carried out with care and
respect.
Interest Form
and Initial Information
Parents submit an interest form and basic information about the child's needs.
The goal of this stage is to understand the initial context.
Developmental Observation
Session
- Identify self-regulation
- Observe social interaction
- Understand readiness to follow structure
- Determine specific needs
Program Placement
Recommendation
Based on the observation results, the Parahita team will
recommend:
Placement is based on readiness, not
age alone.
Enrollment Confirmation
- Program structure and schedule
- Family participation commitment
- Development monitoring system
Why Is Capacity
Limited?
Montessori emphasizes observation and the quality of interaction.
To maintain that quality:
-
Each group has limited capacity
-
Facilitator ratios are carefully maintained
-
The environment is not overcrowded
-
Social dynamics remain stable
Healthy growth needs enough room.
Quality matters more than quantity.
Parahita is not
a short program
We work with families who are ready to commit to the process,
Social and emotional growth requires:
-
Consistent attendance
-
Parent collaboration
-
Patience with the process
-
Trust in the system
The first step is
a conversation.
Each group is designed with limited capacity to maintain the quality of observation and interaction.
Admission at Parahita is not about
whether a child gets in or not.
It is about finding the pathway that best supports a child's growth.
Because when the environment aligns with developmental needs,
growth happens naturally.
